We really loved location and cleanliness of this hotel. The venue was set 15 minutes by walk from buckingham palace. Hotel's parking is on-site. We go there often, and recommend it to all.

Right next to clarence house and other sightseeing areas. We really loved rooms and location, it had everything that we wanted for our holiday👍👌

Price too much comparing to the hotel rate

I like the bed, the sheets and pillows which were high quality. Stayed in another hotel in london just before where pillows were like rocks and I got a pain in my neck. I like the loccation, a short stroll across the park to buckingham palace, shops were close

The receptionist could have been a little bit more friendly. I didn't like the breakfast room; decor was a bit gloomy. There was no shower cap provided.

The Location of this hotel was it's best asset. Luckily there were places to eat nearby as the hotel offered very little. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Ibooked not knowing this was a Chain hotel, and was very disappointed that such an iconic property was treated as nothing more than a standard group hotel. Sheraton is a good brand, and the hotel was a good Sheraton. It is not a special place to stay. The air conditioning was very noisy and the amenities were sub standard

The ladies in the breakfast area are amazing. Specially Maria. All the ladies were very friendly and willing to assist. Room clean. Good location. Front desk girls very friendly.

The men who work at the hotel need to NOT wear cologne. I had to use my inhaler because the coglome smell was so strong. No need to bath yourself in cologne, use water. Also many of the women who clean the rooms did not speak English. I asked them for towels and she said she did not understand. I went to get my dirty towels and showed her. She was on her cell and totally ignored me. I then took the towels and dropped them in front of her and went to her cart and grabbed the clean towels. Many of the maids were on their cell.

Location is good but cannot be a reason for staying in this terrible hotel.

Worst 5 star hotel I have ever stayed. Non renovated rooms can even not be rated 1 star. They should not be sold. It is a shame for Sheraton and Starwood to have such a bad hotel in the chain. Staff is trying to do its best but management is non existent. Hotel manager must be fired...

Parking.

I was totally disappointed. Service was appalling, almost as if they could not be bothered. They intimidated me into upgrading which I am sure was not necessary. I stayed at another hotel for the second night (fortunately) more prestigious but strangely less expensive, and their service was impeccable I almost felt like royalty. I will not be staying there again.

Facilities are run down and the heating system is bad (do not stay in this hotel during winter)

The location was excellent, the staff very helpful and friendly. The decor looks a little old and used but otherwise the hotel was excellent.

The decor and the bathrooms was a bit shabby for a 5 star hotel
