The location was amazing, just steps from Green Park and surrounded by charming cafes. The kids loved the spacious family suite with club lounge access, where we enjoyed delightful breakfasts. Plus, the art deco style decor, with elegant pilasters and bronze inlays, was simply stunning.
In my wife's opinion, the elevators were a bit slow, which made it tough with the stroller during busy hours.
